YUANCHARM may revise, add to, or remove parts of these Terms as the storefront, products, or services change. The revised version becomes effective when it is posted on this page, together with its updated date.

Your continued use of the site after an update means that you accept the revised Terms to the extent that acceptance is permitted by law. The Terms in effect when an order is accepted will continue to apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You may use the site only where its use, the purchase of the relevant product, and delivery to your destination are lawful. You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and for complying with laws that apply to you.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, limit, or replace a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. If a provision is not enforceable in your location, it applies only to the maximum extent permitted there and does not automatically invalidate the remaining provisions.

The storefront is provided for personal, lawful browsing, product discovery, account access, and purchasing. You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with another person's use of it.

Browsing and checkout may be available without creating a separate account. If you use the account or order-history area, the current flow uses the email associated with a checkout and a one-time verification code rather than a permanent password.

You must provide an email address that belongs to you, keep access to that mailbox, protect any verification code or session, and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account information without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through an email address or session that you fail to protect. YUANCHARM may suspend or refuse account access when it reasonably believes that the feature is being misused or a security risk exists.

The YUANCHARM name, marks, logos, product names, page design, text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, software, and other material made available through the site belong to YUANCHARM or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

Subject to these Terms, YUANCHARM gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access the site for personal use and to make ordinary use of information needed to consider or complete a purchase. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the site's content without written permission, except where applicable law gives you a right to do so.

We aim to present each product's name, materials, dimensions, bead size, available wrist-size or fit options, care guidance, price, availability, and images as accurately as reasonably possible. Product pages may describe natural stone, wood, metal, cord, agarwood, and other organic or natural craft materials. Product availability and information may change, and an occasional typographical, technical, or inventory error may occur.

Choose only the wrist-size or fit option shown for the design. Where a bead size is displayed, it describes the design's bead scale and is not an additional paid selection unless the product page or checkout expressly says otherwise. Natural materials can differ from one piece to another in color, tone, inclusions, grain, texture, polish, knots, and other markings. Screen settings and lighting can also affect how a product appears. These natural or photographic differences are not automatically defects. If a product materially differs from its description or order, the applicable solution is handled under the YUANCHARM Shipping & Return Policy and applicable law.

YUANCHARM's intention language is a way to browse and choose a personal reminder, not a promise or prediction. YUAN FATE is a reflective instrument, not a verdict. Any crystal or material association, symbolic story, prompt, or generated result is offered as an optional way to reflect; the meaning of an object remains with the person who chooses and wears it.

YUANCHARM jewelry, YUAN FATE, and related editorial content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on the site is medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, and no spiritual, emotional, financial, relationship, career, or other result is promised. Consult a suitably qualified professional for advice about your health, safety, finances, or other personal circumstances.

YUANCHARM jewelry is made for considered everyday wear, but each material has its own sensitivities. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Remove a piece before swimming, bathing, or intense exercise. Store it separately in a dry place or soft pouch, and gently wipe it with a soft cloth after wear.

Follow the care information shown for the specific product because wood, stone, cord, metal, and other materials may need different handling. Care guidance helps protect appearance and longevity but cannot guarantee against ordinary wear, discoloration, breakage, or material change. Do not continue wearing a piece that is damaged or uncomfortable.

Product prices are set in U.S. dollars. The storefront may display an approximate amount in your selected currency for convenience, but the final payment authorization and charge are processed in the currency shown at checkout, currently USD. Your payment provider or bank may apply its own exchange rate or fee. The cart currently states that tax is not added by default, so review the final checkout summary and any charge presented by your payment provider before confirming an order.

YUANCHARM may change prices, promotions, product details, stock, quantities, and availability at any time before an order is accepted. A display or pricing error does not require YUANCHARM to supply a product at an obviously incorrect price where applicable law permits correction or cancellation.

Submitting checkout information is a request to purchase the selected products; it does not require YUANCHARM to accept an order until the order is accepted through the checkout process. We may review, limit, refuse, correct, or cancel an order because of availability, pricing or product-information errors, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, duplicate submissions, technical problems, or other lawful reasons.

If an order is canceled after a payment has been authorized or captured, YUANCHARM will seek to reverse or refund the relevant amount through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's process and applicable law.

You agree to provide complete and current information needed to quote, accept, deliver, and support an order. This may include your email, first and last name, phone number when requested, country or region, state or province, postal code, city, street address, apartment or address-line details, selected product, quantity, and fit or variant choice.

Review the order summary and delivery details before submitting payment. YUANCHARM is not responsible for a delay, failed delivery, or additional handling caused by an incomplete, inaccurate, or inaccessible address or contact detail, without limiting any remedy that applicable law gives you.

Payment methods are shown at checkout and may change as payment capabilities are enabled or disabled. PayPal is the current listed payment method. Card fields or other wallet methods may appear only when the relevant payment-provider capability is enabled.

Payment authorization, payment credentials, chargebacks, and provider-side processing are governed by the payment provider's terms and policies as well as your agreement with your bank or card issuer. In the current checkout flow, complete card numbers are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by YUANCHARM.

A promotion or coupon may have its own eligibility, expiry, product, customer, quantity, or order-value conditions. Entering a code does not guarantee that it is valid until the checkout system accepts it and reflects the discount in the order summary.

Unless the offer says otherwise, a code may not be copied, sold, combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. YUANCHARM may correct a clearly erroneous promotion, refuse misuse, or cancel a discount that was obtained through an error or activity inconsistent with these Terms, subject to applicable law.

YUAN TOGETHER is YUANCHARM's developing practice for flexible handmade work and for passing selected handmade pieces onward as complimentary gifts. The practice may include older makers in rural communities, people with disabilities, and others who benefit from flexible work. Where appropriate, a clear tutorial, sample, tools, and materials support the making process; completed work is reviewed for finish and consistency, and accepted work is fairly compensated. These handmade gifts are not YUANCHARM jewelry products offered for sale.

A paid, confirmed retail order containing at least one eligible YUANCHARM jewelry piece may receive one complimentary YUAN TOGETHER gift when available and when the order can be fulfilled through a supported delivery route. Gift selection is random, gifts cannot be chosen, and availability is not guaranteed. Gifts are available while supplies last, have no cash value, and are not exchanged for a different gift or discount. Cancelled, refunded, reversed, test, wholesale, staff, sample, or replacement orders are not eligible. YUANCHARM may change or pause this developing practice as its capacity and available gifts change.

The YUANCHARM Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of the purchase information for an order. The current storefront provides complimentary DDP shipping for a first order with no minimum. After the first order, orders over $77 USD ship free and orders below $77 USD use the $7.99 USD standard shipping fee, subject to the destination and checkout calculation.

Order preparation may include crafting preparation, quality inspection, detailed checking, signature gift packaging, and international delivery arrangement. DDP means that customs clearance and applicable import duties are handled during delivery under the stated shipping arrangement, so eligible shipments should not require additional import, customs, or delivery fees upon arrival. The cart currently states that tax is not added by default; review the checkout summary for the amounts actually shown.

Estimated delivery is approximately 7–15 days after order confirmation, and tracking is provided after dispatch. These are estimates rather than a guarantee, and delays can arise from preparation, carriers, customs, weather, incorrect information, or events outside reasonable control.

The YUANCHARM Shipping & Return Policy applies to cancellation, returns, damaged items, and refunds. Customers may request cancellation before preparation begins; contacting YUANCHARM within 24 hours after placing an order is recommended. Once preparation, special handling, customization, or shipping has begun, and in all cases after shipment, cancellation may no longer be available.

Return requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery. Unless the issue was caused by YUANCHARM or applicable law provides otherwise, returned items should be unworn, unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and suitable for resale, and return shipping for a non-defective change-of-mind return is the customer's responsibility. Contact YUANCHARM before sending anything back. For transport damage, an incorrect item, a material difference from the order, or an obvious quality issue, contact us within 7 days after delivery with the order number and clear photos; video evidence may be requested when necessary.

Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method within approximately 5–7 business days after approval, although the payment provider may take longer to display the funds. Depending on the circumstances, YUANCHARM may provide a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another appropriate resolution, including a resolution that does not require international return shipping.

The cart lets you mark an order as a gift for someone else and add a short recipient note. In the current preview, cart items, quantities, selected variants, gift-recipient choices, and gift notes are saved in browser storage so the experience can survive navigation. Wishlist items, display currency, language preference, cookie-consent choice, product-review entries, and some YUAN FATE results may also remain on the device as described in the Privacy Policy.

A recipient choice or gift note is separate from a complimentary YUAN TOGETHER gift. The current checkout request sends the order items and delivery details needed to quote and create an order; locally saved gift settings are not necessarily included as an order instruction unless the checkout explicitly shows them. Before payment, verify the information shown in the checkout and order confirmation. If local browser storage is cleared, blocked, or unavailable, these features may not persist.

The current product-review form is a local-preview feature: a review you enter is saved on that device and is not automatically submitted to or published by YUANCHARM for other shoppers. Do not include another person's private information, content you do not have permission to use, malware, unlawful material, deceptive claims, or content that violates another person's rights.

If YUANCHARM later introduces a public submission or community feature, the feature may have additional posting rules. You remain responsible for content you submit, and YUANCHARM may refuse, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Feedback sent directly to YUANCHARM may be used to respond to you and improve the storefront, but information you do not want us to use for those purposes should not be sent as feedback.

The storefront may rely on or link to third-party services such as payment processing, hosting, delivery, email, or external websites. Those services operate under their own terms, privacy notices, availability, and security practices. A payment provider's handling of payment information is governed by the provider's terms and privacy notice, not solely by these Terms.

YUANCHARM does not control every third-party service or external page and does not adopt responsibility for third-party content, advertising, products, or practices merely because a link or integration appears on the site. Review the relevant third-party terms before using an external service.

YUANCHARM may change, update, pause, restrict, or discontinue the site, a page, a product, an account feature, a payment capability, or a local-preview tool, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice when permitted by law. A feature that depends on browser storage may also stop working if the browser, device, or site implementation changes.

We may refuse or suspend access when necessary to protect the site, customers, payment systems, or the integrity of an order. These rights do not cancel an accepted order or remove a remedy that applicable law requires.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site, its content, and its local-preview tools are provided on an available basis. YUANCHARM does not promise that every page, feature, product listing, estimate, or external integration will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or current.

Product information is provided to help you make an informed purchase, but natural material variation, screen rendering, preparation time, carrier performance, and destination conditions can affect the experience. Intention or reflective language does not guarantee an outcome, and nothing in these Terms excludes a statutory product, consumer, safety, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YUANCHARM and the service providers used to operate the storefront will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or interruption arising from use of the site, local-preview features, third-party services, or products, unless the law applicable to you provides otherwise.

This section does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, a statutory consumer remedy, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the site, your material breach of these Terms, your fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate information, or content that you submit and that infringes another person's rights.

YUANCHARM may take over the defense of a claim covered by this section when reasonably necessary. You agree to provide reasonable cooperation, and no settlement that admits fault or imposes an obligation on YUANCHARM should be made without our prior written consent.

YUANCHARM is working to make the storefront and its content usable across common devices and to improve accessibility over time. If a page, form, product detail, or policy is difficult to use or understand, please contact customer care and describe the barrier; we will consider a reasonable way to assist where available.

If you have a concern about an order or the site, please contact YUANCHARM first so we can review the matter and try to resolve it. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer care, it may be brought before a court or other forum with lawful jurisdiction under the applicable law governing the transaction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence or delivery.

These Terms do not create an arbitration, jury-trial waiver, or class-action waiver for the current preview. Any dispute provision required for the final operating entity, market, or payment arrangement should be reviewed and completed before production publication.

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without YUANCHARM's prior written consent, except where applicable law permits it. YUANCHARM may transfer these Terms as part of a reorganization, sale, or transfer of the relevant business or assets, subject to applicable law.

If YUANCHARM does not immediately enforce a provision, that does not waive the right to enforce it later. A waiver must be specific to the situation for which it is given.

If a court or competent authority finds part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that part will be narrowed or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in effect. The Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping & Delivery Policy, the Shipping & Return Policy, the order information shown at checkout, and any product-specific terms expressly provided to you together describe the agreement for your use of the storefront and purchase.

If a conflict exists, mandatory law and the order-specific information accepted at checkout control to the extent of the conflict.
