Please read the YUANCHARM Shipping & Return Policy before placing an order. We aim to resolve each case carefully and fairly.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before preparation begins. We recommend contacting YUANCHARM within 24 hours after placing an order.
- After crafting preparation, special handling, customization, or international shipping begins, cancellation is no longer available.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Return Period
YUANCHARM accepts return requests within 30 days after delivery.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging may not be accepted.
- Natural stone variations are not considered defects.
Non-defective Returns
For changes of mind, color preference, sizing choices, personal taste, or expectations, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Return Process
Please contact YUANCHARM before returning any item. After approval, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Shipping Fee Refund
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by YUANCHARM.
Damaged / Quality Issues
For transport damage, incorrect items, items that clearly differ from the order, or obvious quality issues, contact YUANCHARM within 7 days after delivery.
- Please provide your order number, clear product photos, a description of the issue, and video evidence when necessary.
- Depending on the case, YUANCHARM may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another appropriate solution.
Natural Material Disclaimer
Natural stones may contain unique inclusions, textures, slight color variations, or natural markings. These characteristics are part of the stone's authenticity and are not considered defects.
Product Information Accuracy
We carefully describe materials, dimensions, design, and product characteristics on each product page. If an item significantly differs from its description, YUANCHARM will provide an appropriate solution.
Refund
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Actual arrival time depends on the payment provider.
Special Resolution
To reduce unnecessary international shipping waste, YUANCHARM may provide a replacement, partial refund, or refund without requiring a return in certain cases. The solution depends on the product issue, shipping cost, and customer circumstances.
