Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in original condition with packaging and accessories included.

Email hello@yuancharm.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will reply with the next steps.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may need additional time.

Personalized, worn, damaged, or altered items may not be eligible for return. Natural variation in stone color and texture is not considered a defect.
