Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders usually ship within 1–2 business days. Hand-finished or made-to-order styles may take a little longer; we will share timing after checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timing can vary by destination and carrier.
Do you offer free shipping?
Orders over $99 ship free. Shipping charges for smaller orders are shown at checkout.
Are the crystals natural?
We use natural crystal materials and describe each product as clearly as possible. Natural variation in color, texture, and inclusions is expected.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can help before an order enters fulfillment, but changes may not be possible after dispatch.
How should I care for my bracelet?
Remove it before showering, swimming, sleeping, or exercising. Keep it away from perfume, cosmetics, prolonged water, and direct heat, then store it in a soft pouch.
